He also experienced various business developments for game and non-game business industries.

Peter is a long-time veteran of the industry with nearly a decade of experience designing, developing, publishing, and managing games in the US and South Korea. After receiving an MFA in Interactive Media from the USC School of Cinematic Arts in 2010, he had the opportunity to make and manage games at Com2uS Korea during the mobile game explosion of 2010-2013. Following Com2uS, he helped to create an international publishing business with SK Planet/npnf, managing production and launching in Korea for games from around the world. At GTR he plans to develop a platform enabling small studios to reach out across the world for players and help guide and support them during development and beyond.

Thorsten Unger is a serial entrepeneur and an expert in digital media. He is the founder of Wegesrand, a consulting company focusing on digital innovation.
As executive director of the association of the German gaming industry GAME, he campaigns for the industries’ interests with reference to the meaning of games in an economic, social, political and cultural context. He also founded Zone 2 Connect, one of the leading providers of serious games and gamification in Germany.
At Target Games he is responsible for business and strategy development. Thorsten Unger is consulting the German government, institutions and companies as well.
He is a key-note speaker for games-related topics and has published contributions inseveral books. Together with his long-time companion André Bernhardt he founded Target Games.

Artak Avakyan is the founder of Lightbound Studios - a one man game studio responsible for developing and launching its first mobile title, Star Chasers. Artak is an artist and a developer who’s been working in games for more than a decade. His career started at EA Los Angeles animating for Medal Of Honor franchise. Through the years, he worked on many game projects at various studios, quickly rising to Cinematic Lead at Santa Monica Studio where he lead the God of War cinematic team, animated for the series, directed motion capture, and developed animation and rigging tools for the team.

Brandon Sheffield is director of Necrosoft Games, a small distributed studio with its main office in Oakland, California. Brandon was formerly editor in chief of Game Developer magazine, and senior contributing editor to Gamasutra.com, and currently advises multiple game conferences, publications, and startups, alongside game development work.

André Bernhardt is extensively experienced within the video games business as he has been a part of the German games industry for 16 years - online as well as offline and mobile. In the beginning of his career he was a producer for classical boxed console and PC-games business with the release of the Playstation 1 at Sony Computer Entertainment. Afterwards he was working for German publishers, e.g JoWood and Sunflowers, before joining RTL Games and focused on "next-gen" console publishing (PS3, X360, Wii, DS, etc.). In 2009 he joined Travian Games in Munich. Since 2012 he has been working as a freelance agent called IndieAdvisor, supporting developers to find a publisher and vice versa. He also teaches at different high schools and frequently lectures at games conferences. Together with his long-time companion Thorsten Unger he founded Target Games.

Together with his team, Kian leads the Games Solution Centre (GSC) in Singapore. GSC is an initiative by the Media Development Authority (MDA) of Singapore. It aims to grow the gaming industry via various industry-relevant schemes. Kian is currently also a practiced academic with Nanyang Polytechnic, who is the appointed centre operator of GSC. Kian has almost 2 decades of working experience in the field of engineering, business development, research and education. His career experience spans from being a developer with Polyphony Digital, the maker of the popular racing simulator Gran Turismo on Playstation to being the Chief Technology Officer of a Singapore based start-up company. Kian holds a PhD, an MBA, and is also an alumni of INSEAD having received the Certificate of Corporate Governance from the International Directors Programme.

Kari Korhonen works at Tekes (Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation) as Senior Technology Adviser and has almost 15 years of experience of public R&D&I corporate funding in digital media and game industry projects. Currently he is leading advisor of Tekes’ game industry strategy and programs.

Ruth Lemmen co - developed the concept for Womenize! - the action day for new talent in Tech, Digital Business and Media and is the event’s program director. Ruth is an experienced project and event manager and also working as a systemic business coach. From 2006 - 2013 she worked for the Federal German Trade Association for Interactive Entertainment Software (BIU) and was among several other events in charge of gamescom the world biggest trade fair show for interactive entertainment. Ruth has strong networking abilities and her focus is with the International games, film and digital media industries. She is specialized in media literacy themes, funding questions, gamification and Serious Games and also working as an expert for the European Commission. She started her career in the mid 90s in a post production studio producing animation and VFX for Film and TV based in Potsdam Babelsberg where she was the head of the Event Marketing and Training division. Within a period of freelancing dating from 1999 - 2006 she worked as a project and event manager for companies, studios and film Institutes across Europe organizing and programing conferences and panel discussions and carrying out research work. She also entered the games industry as marketing and sales officer for a renowned German game developing studio (1999-2001).

Logan Olson is an experience designer who has worked in immersive entertainment since 2008. He started building for room-scale VR at the Institute for Creative Technologies with Mark Bolas then moved on to theme parks and interactive toys. SoundStage is his first independent project.

Jay is the 29 year old Germany based lead developer of Dropsy, or 'that clown adventure game' as it is often called. He's been making games since prepubescence by way of early game making software like Klik & Play and Multimedia Fusion. In addition to game development, he likes to record and manipulate sound for use in way-too-dense music all by himself because nobody wants to start a prog rock band with him. He is currently working on additional content for Dropsy, as well as Hypnospace Outlaw.
